Breaking the Fast

I am so excited. We made it through 15 days of fasting with 3 being water only fasting days, but today we got to have our first post-fast meal at dinner. We had cold pressed juice for breakfast, bone broth for lunch, and this beautiful salad for dinner. Nothing tastes as good as a post-fast salad. Tomorrow we will have one more cold pressed juice, salad for lunch, and I am making chicken and veggie soup with bone broth. By Thursday we will he back to clean keto eating.

The salad dressing is a dijon mustard vinaigrette made of eggs, dijon mustard, garlic, avocado oil, balsamic vinegar, and apple cider vinegar. It was amazing.
