Cleanse Day 1

Today is the first official day of fall. Time to start a post-summer cleanse. My nutrition has definitely been a little off the past few weeks. A little more dairy, coffee, and wine than normal and feeling a little inflamed. Started my day off with apple cider vinegar, lemon, cinnamon, and water. Then made this yummy sunshine juice.

Recipe:

Green apple
Cucumber
Orange
Lemon
Grapefruit
Zuchinni
Carrots
Orange bellpepper

This is my favorite juice recipe.

Got a good aerobics workout in. My post workout pic  was feeling good.

Had some bone broth and cocnut oil post workout.

My energy is starting to go down this afternoon.  Took a short afternoon nap. It helped some. Made some yummy green juices for dinner and tomorrow’s breakfast while cooking the kid’s some dinner. Their chicken smells good, but I am not hungry so it is not hard not eating tonight.

Green Apple
Zuchinni
Cucumber
Carrot
Ginger
Kale

Now looking forward to a little relax time and a good night’s sleep.
